Two strangers who fell in love after a fight over the plane seat have married, writes "The Sun".

Adaya Cohen, 28, thought Michael Hoffman, 31, had taken her window seat on a flight from London to Tel Aviv. She told him to move, but they ended up talking.

After the flight, Michael found her on social networks and a romance blossomed between them.

"For whatever reason, I just felt comfortable opening up to a stranger, which is not something I normally do, but I felt an electric connection," Michael said.

They are now married on the same beach in Israel where they first met and where Michael proposed to Adaya. Their wedding cake looked like a plane in flight, with them as passengers while the bride placed a special pin in the shape of the flying craft.

"We got married 6 years after our first date and 2 days after the flight date," said Adaya.

Currently, the couple is living in Tel Aviv where Michael is doing his PhD in Genetics.
