The minor daughter of well-known billionaires disappears

A 16-year-old who is the daughter of two well-known Silicon Valley billionaires, Mint Butterfield, has disappeared from her home, and police say she may have fled to one of San Francisco's most dangerous neighborhoods.

The 16-year-old is the daughter of Canadian SteWart Butterfield, former CEO of Slack, and his ex-wife, billionaire Caterina Fake, co-founder of Flickr.

Mint Butterfield was last seen on Sunday and is currently attending a local private boarding school and living with her mother.

It was the woman who reported the disappearance on Monday, while until now the authorities have not been able to trace her.
