The next day the elections will be held in Iowa, where according to the polls so far, Donald Trump leads over his rivals Nikki Haley Ron Desantis.
According to the poll, Trump leads with 48% of the vote, former South Carolina Gov. Haley is in second place with 20%, followed by Florida Gov. Ron Desantis with 16%.
A win in Iowa would be a big step for the 77-year-old Trump to secure the Republican nomination. Next, he will face incumbent Democrat Joe Biden.
It would be a sign that many Republicans are willing to put aside Trump's mounting legal problems and inflammatory rhetoric.
