Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says his country is close to signing a minerals memorandum with the US, but has attacked Steve Witkoff for "spreading Russian narratives".

Zelensky also warned that Russia appears to be massing 60,000 troops near Sumy, for offensives also in the Pokrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.

He also said that Ukraine had evidence that China supplies Russia with artillery.

Zelensky directly attacked US envoy Steve Witkoff, who is currently talking to European partners in Paris, blaming him for "spreading Russian narratives" about the war, and stressed again that Ukraine would not discuss territorial issues until a ceasefire is established.
