Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has reiterated the claim that Kosovo is part of Serbia , while sending a message to young cadets of the Serbian Armed Forces during their graduation ceremony at the " General Jovan Mišković " barracks in Banjica.

"Kosovo is part of our homeland, part of our Serbia, both according to the Constitution and according to God's justice. We must remember this and protect that sanctity, without touching anyone, without attacking anyone and without threatening anyone," Vučić declared.

During his speech, the Serbian president again attacked the military cooperation agreement between Albania, Kosovo and Croatia, claiming that it is directed against Serbia.

"They are forming alliances against us in the region. We have understood these movements and have started to do what is necessary. At a time when international law is not being respected and the UN Charter is not being implemented, you are the guarantors of the security and protection of the citizens of Serbia. Days of great responsibility and even more difficult challenges await you. You have been trained for this," he said.

Vučić also stressed that the Serbian army has been significantly strengthened with new weaponry, claiming that its capabilities do not compare to those of other countries in the region.

At the end of the ceremony, the Serbian president honored the most distinguished cadets of the Military Academy , presenting them with officers' swords with dedication.
