Vucic skeptical of Macron's proposal

Emmanuel Macron floated the idea of a new political body that would gather within itself all european union countries and other European countries that share EU values and positions, but are not members.

If such a body were created now, Serbia would surely be out because of its anti-EU stance on sanctions on Russia.

For this reason, Serbian President Alexander Vucic named Macron's proposal as half-hearted.

"I want to know what his ultimate idea is," Vucic said.

The Serbian president is skeptical of the proposal, while saying he had not communicated with Macron for more than a month.
