The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, has declared that he is in favor of visa liberalization for Kosovo. 

He made this statement while speaking today regarding the deadline for changing license plates for Serbian citizens, which expires on October 31.

"I am very much in favor of giving them a visa-free regime and I will support it always and at every moment, as I have always done, for many reasons, I don't want to explain why," said Serbian President Vucic.

We must remember that Serbian citizens living in Kosovo, even though they have Serbian passports, are not allowed to move freely in the Schengen area due to a decision by the Serbian authorities in 2009.

On the other hand, Vučić opposed the deadline for changing the license plates, saying that the authorities in Pristina would face peaceful democratic resistance.
