Serbian President Aleksandër Vucic gave a long interview to TV PRVA in Belgrade, where the main focus was the situation in Kosovo before and after the resolution of the barricade issue. Vucic did not spare doses of satisfaction for what had been achieved. According to him, no one was scared of the Albanians and that they no longer control the north.

"We fought to save our people in Kosovo and Metohija. It didn't start yesterday. It has been prepared for years and for years someone underestimates the state of the Serbian spirit in Kosovo and Metohija. You cannot win over the people. Even tonight they are playing and they think that I don't know this. They deliberately provoke people. They have set up two ROSU points. They do not understand that they have no strength in the north. No one was afraid of the Albanians", said Vucic.

Then he was asked about the statements of the Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, who mocked the internationals who considered the barricades as a means of political war. Vucic says that he is a friend of Rama, so he asks him a question.

"Edi Rama says that it is cynicism that the barricades were declared a legitimate means of political struggle. He is my friend, but let me ask you Eddie: "How did the killing of the Macedonian policemen become a legitimate goal of the political war?" Then they entered the government. But Serbs in Montenegro do not have the right to eat bread. People are not stupid. Do not underestimate the Serbian people", said Vucic.

While Albin called Kurti a successor of Enver Hoxha. He proudly spoke about sending cannons to the border with Kosovo.

“Do you know what 6 howitzers do? It only took us 30 minutes to clear their entire base. And we didn't have 6, but 18 balls. I didn't know about the barricades earlier. I told them this in their eyes. My job is to be with my people ," he said.

"In our country, 89% responded to the call. Serbs have never been more motivated. Never have there been so many good people ready to fight for Serbia. 90% of the gendarmerie was ready in one evening. 98% of Serbs from the north of Kosovo supported the barricades. People were fed up. We have kept the peace, for now. We will preserve it in the future", emphasized Vucic.

"I don't hesitate to tell the truth. This worries everyone, because we played chess accurately, but we played hard. We will always play hard. They met all our requests. Those that were realistic, they fulfilled. The bottom line is that the Serbs could no longer tolerate oppression. I do not rule out the possibility that someone among the Serbs had weapons. There were freedom fighters at the barricades," said Vucic.
