As of yesterday, a food additive made from cockroaches started appearing in pizza, pasta and cereal foods across the European Union. Yes, indeed. The cockroaches you see at home are on the menu of Europeans all over the continent, without the vast majority of them knowing that it is now in their food.
"This comes thanks to a decision of the European Commission approved at the beginning of this month," reports RT.
"According to the decision, which cited the scientific opinion of the European Food Safety Authority, the additive is safe to use in a whole range of products, including but not limited to cereal bars, biscuits, pizza, pasta-based products and whey dust.”
But don't worry, because cockroaches must first be checked to make sure they are gutted.
The European Union also recently approved the use of Alphitobius diaperinus, otherwise known as the lesser mealworm, for human consumption. As we have documented exhaustively, globalist technocrats and climate change activists have repeatedly lobbied for people to start eating insects to combat global warming, despite the practice being linked to parasitic infections.
