It is a reservoir that provides drinking water to more than 20 million people, from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. But due to atmospheric conditions, Lake Mead reservoir is drying up rapidly.
But what has attracted the most attention is that from the drying of the water, in the lake bed have begun to appear bones thrown there at different periods.
The last human remains were reported on Saturday, while on May 1 there was found a lifeless body inserted in a barrel. Police have warned that there will likely be more bodies inside the lake.

The level of the reservoir has been declining since 2000, but the situation has worsened more in recent years.
Investigators said the body found last week belonged to a man killed with a firearm in the 1970s or 1980s. Las Vegas Police homicide investigator Lieutenant Ray Spencer told local media that the time was set by the clothing and model of shoe.
Lake Mead, located on the border between Nevada and Arizona, was created by the Hoover Dam in the 1930s.
