Trump unveils plan to "dismantle" the 'Deep State': Bureaucrats, fraudsters and corrupt people will leave

The US President-elect, Donald Trump, has published his plan on how to dismantle the "Deep State" in the US administration. 

"Deep State" is defined as a type of government consisting of potentially secret and unauthorized networks of power that operate independently of a country's political leadership in pursuit of their own agenda and goals.

In his public address to the American people, Trump laid out 10 points on how he claims he will reclaim democracy from Washington's corruption once and for all.

Trump says he plans to give himself the power to crack down on what he calls fraudulent and corrupt bureaucrats throughout the administration. The concern of American experts is that Trump will replace them with loyalists, giving himself authoritarian powers.

Trump's "war" on the Deep State is part of Agenda 47, a Republican manifesto detailing Trump's policies once he is elected president.

Trump's statement:

This is my plan to dismantle the Deep State and reclaim our democracy from the corruption of Washington once and for all, and what corruption it is. 

First, I will immediately reissue my 2020 executive order restoring the president's authority to remove rogue bureaucrats, and I will use that power very aggressively. 

Second, we will purge all the corrupt actors in our national security and secret service apparatus, and there are plenty. The departments and agencies that have been used as weapons will be completely overhauled so that brazen bureaucrats will never again be able to target and persecute conservatives, Christians, or political enemies of the left, as they are now doing in a level that no one can believe is possible.

Third, we will totally reform the FISA courts, which are so corrupt that judges don't seem to care when they lie on warrant applications. So many judges have seen so many applications that they know were wrong, or at least should have known. They do nothing about it. They lied to them. 

Fourth, to expose the fraud and abuses of power that have torn our country apart, we will establish a truth and reconciliation commission to declassify and release all documents on Deep State espionage, censorship and corruption, and more .

Fifth, we will launch a major crackdown on government whistleblowers who collude with fake news to deliberately weave false narratives and subvert our government and democracy. Where possible, we will file criminal charges. 

Sixth, we will make each office of inspector general independent and physically separate from the departments they oversee, so that they do not become proxies for the Deep State.

Seventh, I will ask Congress to establish an independent audit system to continuously monitor our secret service agencies to ensure that they are not spying on our citizens or conducting disinformation campaigns against the American people, or that they are not spying on someone's campaign like they spied on my campaign. 

Eighth, we will continue efforts initiated by the Trump administration to move parts of the sprawling federal bureaucracy to new locations outside the Washington swamp. Just like I moved the Bureau of Land Management to Colorado, up to 100,000 government jobs could be moved, and I mean immediately, from Washington to places filled with patriots who love America, and they really love America.

Ninth, I will work to stop federal bureaucrats from taking jobs at the companies they deal with and regulate. So they deal with these companies, they fix these companies and then they want to take work from these companies. It doesn't work that way.

Such a public display cannot continue and is going on all the time as with Big Pharma. 

Finally, I will push for a constitutional amendment to impose term limits on members of Congress. This is how I will destroy the Deep State and restore government controlled by the people and for the people.
