Mesut Hançer, who became a symbol of the disaster of the century that shook the whole world, while holding the hand of his dead daughter under the rubble, now has a completely new apartment.

The well-known singer Ebru Yaşar and her husband, the businessman Necat Gülseven, handed Hançer and his family the new house, which they built and furnished from scratch.

In this apartment, Hançer and the rest of the family that remained alive will be able to continue their lives right now in this new house, while in its living room there is also a large painting of the owner of the house and his lifeless daughter on the side.

"I couldn't let go of his hand. My daughter slept like an angel in her bed. I lost my mother, brothers and nephews in the earthquakes, but nothing compares to burying your child. This pain is indescribable", he said about the tragedy that happened to Mesut Hançer.
