"How sick Putin is", an incessant cough interrupts his New Year's

There have been various speculations about the health of Russian President Vladimir Putin, while recently something else was noticed during his speech for the New Year.

According to the video that is being shared on the Twitter social network, Putin is seen coughing frequently, making it impossible for him to speak.

Putin visited the headquarters of his country's southern military district and recorded a New Year's video message on Saturday.

In the nine-minute recording — his longest New Year's address — Putin said "moral and historical justice is on their side," according to CNN.
