Reuters reveals Russian President Vladimir Putin's conditions for ending the war in Ukraine.

According to the news agency, Putin is demanding Ukraine's neutrality, non-membership in NATO, and the gradual lifting of a significant portion of sanctions.

He thus seeks to rule out the possibility that other former Soviet republics, such as Georgia and Moldova, will not become members of the Military Alliance.

Among other things, the Russian president is seeking institutional guarantees for the protection of Russian speakers in Ukraine.
