Vladimir Putin has decided to react to the imposed sanctions.

Today he instructed the government to determine, within 10 days, a list of entities subject to retaliatory Russian sanctions. 

The decree with counter-sanctions signed by the Russian president prohibits the execution of transactions and the fulfillment of obligations to foreign natural and legal persons who have fallen under the Russian retaliatory sanctions.

The export of raw materials and products from the Russian Federation to entities sanctioned in Russia is also banned, according to TASS reports.
