The journalist, Rid Berisha, has commented on Kurti Vučič's last meeting in the Security Council regarding the issue of the dinar and the closure of parallel Serbian structures in Kosovo.

Invited to Breaking on Top News,  Berisha said that it was easier for Kurti to defend himself against Vucic, even more so when he himself was persecuted and a political prisoner by the criminal regime of Milosevic.

Kurti was supported to some extent for the confrontation against Serbia, however, according to Berisha, if you see Kosovo in thin lines, it really became a reason for the Security Council to meet. " There, our friends, QUINT and the most important embroidering allies of the state of Kosovo, of our existence, today join with our enemies to reprimand Kosovo for postponing the implementation of the decision on the dinar" - said Berisha, adding that even Vucic's reaction in Serbian to justify the decision of the Central Bank of Kosovo is late, since the issue was internationalized.

The Kurti-Vucic confrontation in the Security Council, who challenged the other?

Berisha: Anyone who goes to the Security Council at the United Nations, even an Albanian with average knowledge, would challenge any person from Serbia there for one basic, single, historical reason; Albanians have long been under the tyrannical occupation of tyranny from Graçanini onwards, culminating with the master criminal Milosevic, whose power was also part of the President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vucic. Anyone who goes to Google and browses a little material about what Serbia has done in Kosovo, can easily formulate 1-5 sentences to nail Vucic. Therefore, I believe that Prime Minister Kurti had an easier time defending himself, even more so when he himself was persecuted and a political prisoner by the same criminal regime. In view of the purpose for which the Security Council was convened, I think that Kosovo, from an international point of view, was reprimanded by the allies themselves for the first time. The allies reprimanded Kosovo, joining their enemies such as China and Russia, or even other countries that are not worth mentioning because they have no impact on international relations in terms of political developments.

For the first time, the issue of the Serbian dinar brought up by Kosovo brought together the international foreign policy of the West and the East, which reprimanded it for the decision.

The rest of Kosovo's Security Council confrontation with Serbia is the easiest job for any Kosovar politician because Serb crimes in Kosovo are still fresh. Kosovo still commemorates over 400 massacres by Milosevic in the country.

Kurti's appearance has been very well received by the opposition media as well. There was very little criticism of Mr. Kurti's performance, but there were reservations from the opposition, especially the PDK.

Berisha: No, we have been very critical of the basic reason why Kosovo was invited by the United Nations command. It is of fundamental importance how the international community views us. In Kosovo, people are still thirsty and hungry, they have no heroism, no patriotism. Anyone who sees outside facing Serbia, since we didn't face properly in '98-'99 because we had a small percentage of people who fought and a large percentage of those who stayed in the mountains, in the months of the commemoration of over 400 massacres, there is a thirst for heroism and no need for patriotism, and anyone who would face Serbia today in circumstances of freedom, cursing and insulting it, fills a part of the void. But to really see the politics of what is happening is that Kosovo became a reason for the Security Council to meet. There, our friends, QUINT and the most important embroidering allies of the state of Kosovo, of our existence, join together with our enemies today to scold Kosovo for postponing the implementation of the decision on the dinar.

Mr. Kurti also spoke in Serbian where he justified the decision of the Central Bank of Kosovo.

Berisha: It is too late, Kosovo was already internationalized.
