Blerim Vela, chief of staff in the cabinet of the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, stated that the Government of Serbia is trying to interfere in the elections in the north.

Vela reacted after a statement issued by the Serbian government about the elections in the north, which, according to him, is evidence of Serbia's attempt to interfere in the elections.

"Such foreign interference in the elections aims to disrupt the entire electoral process and scare local Serbs from exercising their democratic right to elect their representatives," Vela wrote on Twitter.
