Moments of panic in the middle of a street in Beijing when an unidentified man attacked and stabbed an Israeli diplomat.
In the images published by foreign media, it can be seen that the perpetrator fights with the victim and throws him on the sidewalk, before stabbing him, in front of the astonished eyes of the passers-by.

The victim then gets up and leaves the scene, while the perpetrator also limps away. The employee of the Israeli embassy in Beijing was taken to the hospital after the attack.

According to a statement issued by Israel's Foreign Ministry, the diplomat was hospitalized in stable condition while the motive for the attack, which did not take place at the embassy, ​​is being investigated.
