He does not mention Putin, but with him he has, Zelensky message from the center
Volodymyr Zelensky

" Only a madman can hope to repeat the 2194 days of World War II. The one who is repeating today the horrific crimes of the Hitler regime, following the philosophy of the Nazis and repeating everything they did, he is doomed. "Why? Because he is cursed by millions of ancestors when he started imitating their killer. And then he will lose everything ."

This is what the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated in the over 5-minute video recorded on the occasion of Victory Day over Nazism as he walked in the center of Kiev, without ever directly mentioning the name of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
