Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has released a video message commemorating his victory over Nazi Germany in World War II.

In his post, Zelensky says Ukraine will win the war against Russia and will not give it any part of the land.

"We are fighting for a new victory. "The road to it is difficult, but we have no doubt that we will win," he said.

Russia is also marking the anniversary today with its annual Victory Day parades across the country.

In his speech, Putin called NATO a threat to Russia's "military operation" in Ukraine.
