A 12-year-old girl was found dead inside a suitcase in the courtyard of the palace where she lived with her family in a neighborhood in Paris.
Two people have been arrested for the cruel murder of the minor. The main suspect is a 24-year-old woman and a man in his 40s, who allegedly helped the suspect to transport the teenage girl's body.
The suspected killer was filmed with Lola by security cameras entering a building on Friday afternoon.
She was then filmed leaving the building at around 5pm, dragging two suitcases.
According to preliminary investigations, the suspect committed the serious act alone. She is accused of murder and rape of a minor, while there was no previous criminal proceedings.
Witnesses who confronted the suspected killer on Friday said she was behaving strangely.
"I did it, I did it", he repeated several times on the phone.
A resident of the area indicated that the young woman asked for help in finding a means to transport the suitcases containing the victim's body, in exchange for a reward.
The 24-year-old woman was taken by car by a man in a car, before returning to the neighborhood. She appeared at 22:00 at her sister's place, with the suitcases. The 26-year-old lived in the same building where Lola and her family lived.
Asked what was inside the luggage, she had refused to answer. The sister asked them to go to the police, but they refused again.
Afterwards, the alleged author left, leaving the suitcases in the courtyard of the palace. A homeless man would make the macabre discovery a little later and notify the police.
