At the end of the meeting in Brussels with the President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic, the Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti said that the working group of the Serbian side presented a draft statute for the association of Serbian municipalities in Kosovo, which Kurti considered unacceptable.

According to Kurt, this draft is not in accordance with the Constitution of Kosovo. And for this reason, he said that he proposed a draft vision.

"In this meeting, we started on a high positive note that we agreed on the text of the modified agreement on the issue of the missing, those forcibly disappeared from the war in Kosovo. We know that there are also 1,617 missing persons, and here the victims are not only those who were kidnapped, but also the families, the entire people and the entire society.

The management team presented a draft statute and we gave our positions that such a draft statute is incompatible with constitutionality, legality, European values, human rights and I proposed a draft vision as prime minister in 11 points I proposed a vision that what should be the values ​​and principles, what should be the framework that regulates the issue of national minorities. I believe that it will be treated seriously by the mediators. Because in that way we will be able to build something good and useful for everyone".

Kurti also announced that he submitted a document in Brussels which, according to him, proves that Serbia has violated 8 of 11 articles of the Ohrid Agreement within 2 months.

"I must point out that I also submitted a document on how from February 27, when we agreed on the basic agreement, official Belgrade has violated it. Out of 11 articles, 8 of them have been violated by Belgrade".
