Krasniqi: Kosovo needs a new government

The chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Memli Krasniqi, has stated that Kosovo needs a new government.

He made the statement during a visit to Paris, France, where he held several meetings in the French Senate, the Parliament and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"In the Senate, I had the honor to meet and discuss with Senator Laure Darcos, responsible for Kosovo in the France-Balkan friendship group, meanwhile, in the Parliament I met MP Jean-Philippe Ardouin, leader of the France-Kosovo friendship group", he writes on Facebook.

The head of the PDK said that with the Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of France, where he met with Adrien Frier, "we discussed the latest political developments in Kosovo and the positions of the PDK in relation to them".

According to him, the approach of the Kosovo government with the allies "is unacceptable, wrong and as such is putting the security and future of our country at risk".

"Therefore, today, Kosovo needs a new Government, with a different approach, and which turns our country's journey towards Euro-Atlantic integration and the pro-Western course back on track," he said.
