Starting with the February 9 elections for the Assembly of Kosovo, voters have the right to choose up to ten candidates from a political entity.
For Kosovo citizens living abroad, as of these elections, the voting process is facilitated.
In addition to sending ballots by mail to the address of the Central Election Commission, in the February 9 elections, voters will be able to vote physically at diplomatic missions.
