Dramatic hour in Belgrade, where according to local media, difficult negotiations for Kosovo are forcing President Aleksander Vucic to consider resignation.
Vučić informs the government cabinet today about the talks held with the delegation of high officials of the USA, EU, France, Germany and Italy on Friday.
The Serbian president described the meeting with them as one of the most difficult for Serbia, since, as he said, it is more about what awaits the country in the future.
At 20:00 in the evening, Vucic will address the people with a speech from the presidential palace. According to media reports, Belgrade's number 1 held a meeting with close allies of his party, the SNS, on Sunday evening, where there were disagreements and calls to reject negotiations with the US and the EU.
According to the local media, Vučić reacted by saying that if someone thinks he can lead the country better than him, he was ready to resign and left the meeting.
One of the leaders of Vucic's Progressive Party Steering Council, Darko Glishic, told Pink television that if the president kept his word and resigned, where would the end of the party be.
