A former sex spy reveals how she manipulated her targets into obsessing over her.

Aliia Roza is a former citizen of Russia who claims to be a former spy. After years of silence, she decided to talk about her old job.

Roza says she was trained in Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) and now, after two decades, she is revealing all the secrets of her specific job.

"I could no longer remain silent. I couldn't live with this pain anymore, even though I went through all that trauma. If I had not spoken, who would have spoken", said Roza.

She was not allowed to have a family, in a podcast, listeners find out how Roza managed to escape from Moscow with her young son to give him a better life, writes nypost.

"The biggest achievement in my life is becoming a parent. I wanted to experience it. I wanted to create a family, have children. And I wasn't allowed to do that. Then I realized – wait a minute, I only have one life, I don't want to spend it sacrificing myself for something I no longer believe in. That was the moment when I started to understand how to escape," she claimed.

Roza was born in a Kazakh-Tatar family. Her father was a high-ranking military officer in the Soviet Union and her grandfather fought against the Nazis during World War II.

She was under special training since childhood. Since childhood, she was included in a special state program for the children of high-ranking officers.

She dreamed of working in fashion design, but her father warned her that she had no other choice.

"From a young age I was trained to do different things like martial arts, special physical activities. I learned that you can't give up, you can't be vulnerable, you can't be weak, you can't cry. No one can enter this program. Unless you have a family member," Aliia asserted.

As an 18-year-old, she entered the top-secret program of the KGB. However, Roza says that she never thought that she would later enter the so-called sex program.

At the age of 18, she was selected from among 350 students to participate in a top-secret program developed by former psychologists and senior KGB officers.

There, Roza said, he learned how to use seduction and persuasion to extract information from enemy targets.

“It's not just sex – it's actually far from sex. It's all in the art of communication. We learned how to dress, how to do makeup, how to present ourselves, how to talk to our targets, how to get targets to trust us. This is the psychology of people, criminals, men. It's about understanding men's perspective and what exactly they want," said the beauty.

Roza says seduction starts with compliments “it's not just that – I like your jacket. It has to be something really specific and appropriate for that moment.

That's how you'll really attract someone, they'll like you. And when you know how to hold a conversation, people will become very open to you.

They will become very friendly. Learn how to be polite, friendly, respectful in society. And then there are sexual techniques. This is really harsh. But this is why your target becomes obsessed with you. It's a completely different game."

And Roza felt very powerful, as if no one could do anything to her.

“I sacrificed my body and endured abuse doing all those missions. So I just separated my emotions from my body. After all, if I saved someone's life, I felt good about it," said Roza, adding that she is ready to do anything for the country.

Podcast creator Strauss told Fox News Digital that it was hard to believe Roza's story at first.

But after researching and talking to sources, it was hard to ignore her claims. In 2004, Roza fell in love with the man who was supposed to be a member of Russian intelligence.

According to the media, the 'associates' later discovered that she was a spy.

With the help of her lover, Roza escaped from Moscow and eventually settled in Los Angeles. She got a new name, which she still uses today. She then said she felt taken advantage of by the Russian government.

“I saw all these other female agents who reached a certain age, like 56. They looked very miserable, lonely. They were not allowed to have a private life. They could not have a family. And I could not allow this to happen to me too", she declared.

Today, Roza shares seductive tips for women who want to boost their confidence. She has over a million followers on Instagram.

And Strauss hopes the podcast will encourage other former spies to tell their stories publicly.
