His elimination was requested/ Abazovic: Those two people have close ties with
Dritan Abazovic

The Prime Minister of Montenegro Dritan Abazovic, in an interview this evening with the moderator of "Top Story" Grida Duma, has revealed many details of his political life.

Regarding his political career and relationship with opponent Djukanovic, he said that the design of his execution was engineered by Djukanovic.

Abazovic said that the only luck associated with it is that it does not involve any kind of compromise.

Your political career has known ups and downs in the relationship with Djukanovic. There is sensational news, it has been said that they want to eliminate you, they have put you on trial. How's your little soap opera doing?

In Montenegro, everyone knows who those two people are, they are Djukanovic's closest people, they worked with cigarette and cocaine smuggling. His son is in prison, it has nothing to do with me because they did all the work earlier. Relations with every politician in Montenegro depend on the agenda. Someone is my favorite, with someone I have only professional relations. They have thought all along ahead of time to bring people into their circle and continue the agenda. The only phenomenon related to me is that I am someone who does not want to make any kind of compromise. I do not have 100% concentration in the insurance sector, but I am more than satisfied with the results, we have historic results. 1.6 tons of cocaine were seized, which is the largest in the Balkans ever.

Has anyone been caught for corruption?

Naturally, there are also sensational and influential people. After the fall of communism, we have had one party in power for 30 years. We have not had any changes. Two years ago, a change came and this gives hope for democratic life in Montenegro. People say we don't have much support, look at Montenegro in our half term, there is a different dynamic in life that has been monotonous. We have started living life. Seeding the institutions will certainly take us some time, which will be a challenge for the next government. Our referendum was 55+1 while in every country in the world it is 50+1.

What have the Albanians benefited from Abazovic? Montenegrin Prime Minister: Their image has changed, we are making concrete investments

When asked by moderator Grida Duma what Albanians have benefited from his government, Montenegrin Prime Minister Abazovic replied that the image of Albanians is now much more acceptable and modernized than it was before.

He stated that he has undertaken many concrete actions that have helped the Albanians of Montenegro, while many other projects are also in the works, where he mentioned the Buna bridge project, which envisages bringing Albania closer to Montenegro.

According to Abazovic, this project has had many delays, but in the first months of next year, it is expected that the project will be ready and work will begin.

They benefited a lot, in the municipality of Ulcinj we had an extraordinary result. The image of Albanians has changed. Many have not received justice. We have returned the Ulcinj salt mine, which makes 200 million euros. I don't know a prime minister who has returned something to the state, I only know people who have taken from the state. We are managing to make concrete investments that will greatly benefit Albanians. Together with the Albanian government, we also have a project for the bridge over Buna, there are about 30 kilometers of beach that should be a tourist area. We are a little late because the idea was to have a final project during October or November, but we are a little late with the project. I believe that at the beginning of next year we have the project. My current relationship with Rama is very friendly and very understanding.

There is an accusation that Rama and you take goods to Russia through Serbia

There are accusations about many things, but when people are in propaganda, they have an attitude. As for the church, a problem was solved here thirty years ago. The church wrote the contract with the state and they told me how you can solve a problem that has not been solved for thirty years. I have told him that there are much more important things to solve. The church had some requests that were not national, but after two conversations they agreed to have the same rights as all religious organizations. In Montenegro, 80% of citizens are Orthodox, among them 77% support the Serbian Church in Montenegro.
