The Israeli military says it has killed Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah in a series of attacks on the outskirts of Beirut, Lebanon.

Through a reaction on the X social network, the Israeli army wrote: "Hassan Nasrallah will no longer be able to terrorize the world."

A few hours ago, it was reported by the world media that Israel's rocket attacks on the outskirts of Beirut were aimed at killing the leader of Hezbollah.

There is no reaction from Hezbollah yet.

Hassan Nasrallah is the leader of the Hezbollah militant movement in Lebanon, and one of the most influential figures in the Middle East.

A shadowy figure with close personal ties to Iran, he played a key role in turning Hezbollah into the political and military force it is today.

He has not been seen in public for years, as he feared that he could be killed by Israel.

Hezbollah, under the leadership of Nasrallah, has helped train the armed fighters of the Palestinian group Hamas, as well as militias in Iraq and Yemen, as well as receiving missiles from Iran that have been used against Israel.
