An unusual event happened on an Air France plane. Foreign media report that the two pilots got caught during the flight with slaps and fists, degenerating into a real fight. It is learned that the two pilots had started arguing for useless reasons.

Shortly after takeoff, one of the pilots allegedly hit the other after an argument. But from slapping, they would then move on to hitting each other with their suitcases. The tense situation was calmed down by the flight attendants, who heard the fight from the cabin and intervened to separate them. After stopping the fight, a crew member was forced to spend the rest of the flight sitting behind the pilots for fear the situation could escalate once again.

The French company immediately intervened in the incident and described the case as "completely inappropriate behavior". He then confirmed that there was a controversy with an exchange of "inappropriate gestures", but he also specified that the disagreement lasted for a few moments and that it did not affect the safety of the passengers.

The pilots involved in the fight in the cockpit have been suspended and are currently under investigation, as explained in the report of the French Civil Aviation Safety Investigation Authority.
