Vjosa Osmani

President Osmani has shown that she and her husband, Prindon Sadriu, have Real Estate of 970 thousand and 760 euros.

This year, they bought a "residence in a row" which is worth 520 thousand euros and is registered in the name of the First Gentleman, Prindon Sadriu.

From the way this property is declared, Nacionale has not been able to understand where exactly it is located.

"In terms of real estate, the property in Marigona Hill and the land in Lagja e Gjelbër are not yet owned by the declarant or her husband because they have not yet been paid for or built in full," said the country's president.

As stated in the APK, this townhouse was purchased from the sale of a house in Australia that was owned by Mr. Sadriu, sale of parents' house, savings and family loan.

She also told about another residence in the village, in the Marigona neighborhood, which is worth 170 thousand euros.

Only one Mercedes Benz car purchased in 2022 and valued at 12,000 euros has been declared under Movable Assets.

President Osmani also has about 300 euros in cash.
