The war between Russia and Ukraine has also been transferred between the 2 delegations to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC).

It all started when the Ukrainian MP, Oleksandr Marikovski, unfurled the national flag of Ukraine after a member of the Russian delegation, Olga Timofeeva, at a press conference.

However, the answer was not long in coming. A member of the Russian team, named Valery Stavitsky, quickly removed the flag placed by Marikovski.

That was enough and a fight broke out between them with slaps and fists.

Then several other people entered to quell the fight, while Marikovski received several injuries on his face and was taken to the hospital as a result.

This is the second incident that occurred between delegations in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC).

It all started when a member of the Ukrainian parliament tried to interrupt the speech of the Russian member, who was wearing a symbol of the so-called "special operation" on her suit.

The Ukrainian MP approached Ola Timofeeva and tried to unfurl the yellow-blue flag behind her, but was stopped by the other members of the delegation, pushing each other with force.

Then, the leader of the session decided to interrupt the work of the summit and take measures against the people involved in the conflict.
