Russian President Vladimir Putin "comes alive" on the fourth anniversary of the war he launched against Ukraine.
The Russian president claimed that Kiev is sabotaging peace talks brokered by the United States of America.
"We are talking about the possible bombing of our gas system under the Black Sea. Ukraine will not calm down. They are desperate to destroy this peaceful diplomatic process. They are trying to provoke some kind of incident to destroy everything that has been achieved through negotiations."
In a televised address, Putin threatened the world when he commented on unconfirmed reports that several countries, mainly France and the UK, intend to provide Ukraine with some kind of nuclear weapon. "They understand what this could lead to," the Kremlin chief stressed, signaling a global nuclear war.
"They cannot inflict a strategic defeat on Russia. They desperately want it, but they cannot. They cannot live without achieving such a thing. They are obsessed with defeating Russia and are looking for any method."
Putin also accused Ukraine of organizing terrorist attacks in Russia with the help of Western intelligence.
"Last year there was an increase in the number of crimes of a terrorist nature. There is no doubt, as in recent years, that the Ukrainian special services and their foreign proxies are behind most of them. At the same time, there has been an increase in attacks on infrastructure in Russia, social and government institutions, as well as residential buildings, using missiles and drones."
President Putin threatened the world, or those he called enemies, that they would regret it if they pushed Russia too far.
