The Government of Kosovo declares that the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, has refused to sign the new agreement of the European Union, namely the Basic Agreement of Brussels and the Implementing Annex of Ohrid.

In a statement to the media, the Government of Kosovo says that Prime Minister Albin Kurti agreed by accepting the agreements for the normalization of relations with Kosovo, but it was Vučič who refused, requesting that "a side letter be accepted, with which it practically undoes the three principles of the basic agreement".

Kurti also demanded that the investigation into the Serbian-sponsored paramilitary terrorist attack be complete and that Belgrade be placed under EU sanctions.
