Ankara: The ISIS attack on Moscow would not have been possible without the help

According to Turkey, the massacre in Moscow, which was claimed by ISIS as the organizer of the terrorist attack in which 143 people lost their lives, would not have been possible without the support of foreign secret services.

This is what Omer Çelik, spokesman for the Turkish ruling party AKP, said.

" This cannot happen without the intelligence support of any country. The truth is that ISIS is not capable of carrying out such an attack on its own.

Such actions have a sponsor, " Celik said in an interview with Turkish private broadcaster NTV.
