Ten years ago, Bardhjus Bushaj was pursuing his profession, a driver in Tirana. Now, a decade later, he is enjoying huge properties and towers, in the most elite areas of Tirana, which he acquired in a very suspicious way. His catapult to the top of the construction hierarchy is one of the greatest mysteries of how an individual without a penny in his pocket can turn into an oligarch.

But, it seems that behind his name are other VIPs who have worked for "twinning" or even for collaborations with other construction firms. There are strong suspicions that the towers that Dhjusi's companies are building in the Artificial Lake area, in Farka, Bulevardi e Ri, Zogu i Zi, or even in the coastal areas, are simply tributes that VIPs receive using this person's name.

A few weeks ago, VoxNews reported on the occupation of a large property in the hills near Lake Farka in Tirana, where the company "Lion Construction" will build 17 towers with 30 floors on that site. Through documents, photos and videos, our editorial team verified that the construction works for the towers have started some time ago, although the permit had not been approved by the KKT.

This area has attracted the attention of major developers, who have "bitten" it from all sides. In fact, if the works or constructions continue at this pace, only water will remain in that area and without any green space.

Influential people in the area, such as the Qefalia brothers or their son-in-law Aleksandër Vasili, have long begun to organize the construction site. VoxNews has learned that on April 18, 2025, the National Territorial Council approved project number 45, named "Albora's Lake". To this day, the construction permit has not been issued.

But, unlike the field works, the permit was given to the company "Lion Construction", whose owner is Mr. Bardhujs Bushaj, with 50% of the shares. A few months ago, VoxNews found out that the works for that complex had started a long time ago, where the company's heavy vehicles also damaged a road.

VoxNews has returned to that area in recent days, filming and photographing the entire plot where the 30-story towers will be located. The companies have completed all the landscaping of the area, while also repairing the road they destroyed, as if to cover up the crime scene. Surprisingly, no institution has taken action regarding this scandal, regarding the work on the towers before the permit or even the demolition of the road.

Bardhjusi is known for his connections with VIPs and other firms, with whom he collaborates on the construction of towers or resorts. Meanwhile, VoxNews has learned that the same firm also collaborates with another company, "Top Seven", which is owned by Mrs. Erinda Lutaj.

Coincidentally or not, the Lion project in the Lapraka area is adjacent to another tower, owned by Top Seven. There are suspicions that the owner is the same, as he sometimes uses the name Lutaj and sometimes the name Dhjusi.
