US President Donald Trump has reacted again and expressed his dissatisfaction with not receiving the Nobel Peace Prize, claiming that his contribution to ending conflicts and releasing hostages deserved this recognition.
In a tweet, Trump said he had ended eight wars and was close to ending or resolving two other conflicts, without specifying which conflicts he was referring to.
The head of the White House attributed to himself the return of the Israeli hostages, including the last 28 hostages, alive and dead, as well as the release of hundreds of other hostages from various countries around the world.
"I secured the return of all Israeli hostages, including the last 28, alive and dead, as well as the release and repatriation of hundreds of hostages from around the world," Trump wrote.
He also referred to Venezuela and Iran's nuclear program, claiming that he had won a war in Venezuela and prevented Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons.
At the end of his post, Trump expressed his dissatisfaction with the fact that neither he personally nor the United States was honored with the Nobel Peace Prize.
"And yet, despite all of this, neither I nor the United States of America received the Nobel Peace Prize," the American president concluded.
