The first spark of today's protest comes from Kamza, where high school students have massively boycotted classes and gone out in protest.

The protest is expected to spread further throughout Tirana, as happened two days ago, when high school students and university students joined anti-government rallies.

The boycott of classes and the high school students taking to the streets comes in the wake of youth protests, which in recent days have been accompanied by tensions and clashes with the police.
