The key moment in the investigation of this file by the two prosecutors, Braho and Nakuçi, according to the journalist, is the moment of receiving the evidence from the seized electronic devices of Klodian Zoto, the differentiation of their treatment and not even calling Arben Ahmetaj for questioning. .

Doçi asks the court, for these reasons, to overturn the decision of the prosecutor Alfred Shehu and to initiate criminal investigations against the two SPAK prosecutors.

The journalist says that in the decision of the prosecutor Alfred Shehu, it is neither explained nor analyzed in a single line what are the reasons for not including in the file the e-mails that prove the financial benefits of Arben Ahmetaj.

Prokurori Arben Shehu mbylli pas 13 ditësh hetimet për kallëzimin e Adriatik Doçit ndaj dy prokurorëve Braho e Nakuçi.
