The old symptom of Sali Berisha's avoidance of denouncing oligarchs continues to appear every time the former Prime Minister denounces what he calls government theft.

Berisha is continuing the campaign by presenting the candidates registered in the CEC with Ilir Meta's seal, citing tenders and thefts with them. He accuses Rama and the ministers, but in no case does he denounce who are the big beneficiaries of these tender thefts.

He talks about how in Albania, 24 million euros per kilometer of new roads are being laid in plains, at a time when in Germany the cost is ten times less, according to him. But in no case does he denounce by name who is stealing this money.

There are several names, from Shefqet Kastrati, Bashkim Ulaj, Salillari and Gjoka, who are all favorite names of tenders and concessions even in his government. These are the people who have the main role in robbing the properties and money of Albanians.

Ulaj and Gener 2 are taking families to the streets in Bërxulës, but Berisha has been silent about this fact. Kastrati has put the oil board under his arm, but Berisha denounces the high price compared to the region, but forgets to denounce that this money ends up in the oligarch's pockets.

Kastrati is robbing citizens of Albania and Kosovo with the beam placed on the National Road, where as if the fee of 5 euros is not enough, he also steals with the exchange rate if you choose to make the payment in lek, taking 660 lek for each ticket. But Berisha is silent on this fact as well.

Gjoka continues to swallow money with the Arbri Street and the Murriz tunnel, which instead of tearing the mountain is ripping the pockets of Albanian taxpayers. But Sali Berisha cannot denounce this either.

Denounces road tenders, but avoids mentioning in the name of Salillar and Gjoka, the two dinosaurs of road tenders and concessions.
