Fiks Fare denounced two different realities of the dormitories where students have to stay. Student City was abandoned due to the poor conditions. Another panorama was in the dormitories near the Agricultural University of Kamza. The state spent 30 million euros. It was not Albanian students who stayed, but workers and foreign students.

After these denunciations, "Fiks Fare" inquired with the Municipality of Tirana. The leaders said that the general director, Olsi Shahini, was immediately removed from his post. Officially, they said that he resigned.

On the other hand, the Border and Immigration Directorate of the State Police went to the UBT dormitories to verify the list of foreign workers and students. Journalists tried to ask them what actions they had taken, but they refused.

According to this document, this State Police group was headed by the head of the Border and Immigration sector in Tirana. They verified the entire list of registered workers and students.

"We were called to say that we came and that we would be questioned by the police, by the Border Directorate. That we came for the foreigners. So that we could catch the person who did this procedure. Now the police have come and there are other procedures. That one person will have to take responsibility here from the directors. Forget that it has become a media thing now. It has been done, one person will have to take responsibility. That there will be problems here," says one of the employees, in communication with the employees.

The Border and Immigration Directorate apparently had information that there were problems. But why did they decide to act now?! "These people will have problems, that's for sure. In a state dormitory that I don't know, why are these empty, no students come here?" he asks, while the employee explains to him that foreigners have agreed to pay 200 euros per month (5500 lek state fees per month).

"How can you let other people in? A criminal could come here," the employee claims.

Meanwhile, after the investigation was broadcast, the administrator of the private company Feniks, Florian Shehu, has ordered all "Wolt" employees to put the boxes they carry behind their motorbikes in their rooms.

"These 'Wolt' pizza guys came in line, about 3-4 of them. They put them in there. Where are you going to take them? We're going to take them to the rooms. What about the rooms, they're going to put them in the rooms. I got that Luiza (the administrator) and she said let me go, she said we talked to Flori. Go away, Flori, Flori doesn't know where he is, I told him. I told them that 200 people will come by on motorbikes and put them in the rooms, what are you doing like this?
