Elisa Spiropali has reacted to an e-mail received by the addresses of members of Parliament, presenting a draft for a deep constitutional and electoral reform, as well as a no-confidence motion that envisages her taking over the leadership of the government.

In a reaction to "Vizion Plus", Spiropali denied that she was behind this e-mail, which was sent to MPs on her behalf, a day after the public letter that Spiropali addressed to the head of government, Edi Rama.

The email in question proposes expanding the Assembly from 140 to 201 deputies, establishing 100% open lists, and limiting the mandates of deputies and the Prime Minister.

The draft also includes a proposal for the election of the new Prime Minister with at least 104 votes in the Assembly, as well as a 100-day transitional program that foresees the transfer of leadership of the Executive to Spiropali.

The message called on MPs to join the initiative as co-sponsors, while at the end of it appears the name of Skerdi Shahaj.

After Spiropal's reaction to Vizion Plus, it remains unclear who drafted and distributed the email, and what the purpose of this initiative was.
