A warehouse with over 450 smuggled equipment and items (drones, detectors, detection/recording devices, etc.) is discovered.

 
75 hunting slingshots and a significant amount of metal bullets were also found in the warehouse.

The 23-year-old man who possessed the equipment/items was arrested, suspected of unlawful purposes.

He was caught selling slingshots and bullets to participants in the protests of recent days, to attack police officers and institutions.

Specialists of the Economic and Financial Crimes Investigation Sector, as a result of the immediate administration of information obtained during the operational work, finalized the operation coded "Infrastructure", during which, after consultation with the prosecutor, citizen OM, 23 years old, resident of Tirana, was arrested.

The 23-year-old was caught red-handed on "Tre Dëshmorët" street, selling 30 hunting slingshots with metal balls to protest participants, which were seized as material evidence.

Further, a search was conducted in a warehouse owned by the 23-year-old, on "Kol Koçi" street, where the following were found:

-239 drones of various sizes;

-75 hunting slingshots; a significant amount of metal bullets;

-44 mobile phones;

-17 Powerbanks, 10 GPS vehicle tracking devices; 11 LED bulbs; 3 electronic locks with GPS;

-1 electronic device with antenna (RFGS Detector);

-3 pairs of glasses with video recorder;

-DVR equipment;

-7 Bluetooth devices for vehicles; 8 Blackbox devices with cameras for vehicles;

-1 compressor, 8 flashlights; 6 laser devices;

-2 Xiaomi Smart Plug 2 devices; 3 electronic devices; 5 K-68 devices for detecting GPS and cameras;

-12 computer devices (mouse); 7 computer game devices; 7 Watch 10 Pro Max devices;

-8 bags with fingerprint opening.

Citizen OM did not have any documentation for these devices/items.

The investigation continues to document the criminal activity of citizen OM, as well as to identify and bring to criminal responsibility other citizens involved in it.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, for further action, for the criminal offenses "Trading and transporting contraband goods", "Smuggling of other goods", "Hiding income", "Non-payment of taxes and duties" and "Practising an illegal or unregistered commercial activity with tax authorities and failure to issue a tax coupon, receipt or tax invoice".
