MP  Vullnet Sinaj, who previously expressed his dissatisfaction with the Territorial Reform proposed by the Socialist Party, saying he is against it, has refused to speak to the media.

 MP Sinaj, as he was entering Parliament where the plenary session is expected to be held at 3:00 PM, was asked by journalists whether he would stand by his decision or change his mind during the session.

He preferred not to comment or provide a clarifying response, but only gave a brief answer: "It was a vote within the parliamentary group."
