Astrit Idrizi, the 35-year-old arrested for the fire in social housing in Shkoza where two elderly people lost their lives, is suspected of committing the crime after constant conflicts with his cohabitant.
The couple also had a child, and their relationship had long deteriorated.
Idrizi told investigators that he suspected his cohabitant was cheating on him.
These suspicions had led to constant arguments between them and had caused the couple to drift apart.
