Taxes confirm: We have blocked Tirana Beer. There are obligations

The Directorate General of Tatations also officially confirmed the news given by Voxnews.al of the blocking of tirana beer's accounts and eavesdrops.

The impasse is made for non-payment of obligations amounting to over 1.7 mln euros. Taxes say they undertook an audit in January-April 2022 at the company's premises, where it discovered products without proper tax documentation in the value of 18 ml of money.

"This subject has carried out avoidance of tax and customs duties based on differences in inventory in: Malto raw material; Ready product; Packaging; Goods without tax documentation (tax bill) at distributors", the notice states.

The case is referred through a criminal escalation in the Tirana prosecutor's office.

Voxnews.al reported Tuesday on this tax decision on outstanding obligations related to the Tax on Added Value, Tatim-Profit, Tatim Held at source, while employee social and health insurance contributions have not been paid since 2019.

Obligations include about 127m unpaid VAT money along with the fine due to the delay, of which about 82m unpaid VAT money and 44m fines for exceeding deadlines;

About 15.6 m in dues, which come from tax-profit, along with the fine due to delay; About 5.6 million tax dollars at the Source, along with the fine for delays; About 39 million unpaid employee social and health insurance obligations, along with the respective fine for delays.

In total, the obligations of "Beer Tirana" a.k. It amounts to about 188 million dollars, or about 1.7m euros.
