34 billion ALL or 300 million euros were distributed from the State Budget in the last week of December. Through a normative act, the government decided to distribute the unspent money throughout the year. Thus, from the State Treasury,  8 billion lek or 70 million euros  were distributed in what the government called the Big Package, with bonuses for administration employees and help for people in need.

12 billion ALL or 100 million euros went to the Reconstruction Fund , which, although it started three years ago, still needs 40 billion ALL to finish completely.

Meanwhile , the remaining 14 billion lek or 120 million euros, the government has paid off the obligations and arrears , but what stands out is that three institutions have carried out more transactions.

The Albanian Road Authority has made over 1.4 billion Lek  payments or 12 million Euros, followed by  ANKSI with 707 million Lek or 6.2 million Euros and then the  ADF  has distributed another  500 million Lek  or 4.4 million Euros, in addition to the reconstruction funds.

Meanwhile,  KESH has received 2 billion ALL or 17 million euros  VAT refund from the Tax Directorate, which according to the institution is a common procedure.

The Civil Aviation Authority  has also received a  transfer of 2 billion ALL , but the amount is not specified. Meanwhile, the municipalities have received 1.2 billion ALL or 10 million euros in transfers from the budget to pay off their obligations. Compared to last year, the fund for municipalities has  increased by 3.5 billion ALL .

1.2 billion lek have been transferred to the state company Albgaz , as the government has ambitious projects to start the extension of gas with the first project starting from Korça.

About 2 billion Lek or 17 million euros, the government has used for VAT reimbursement from Taxes and liquidation for unfair layoffs , while 850 million Lek went to the compulsory health insurance fund.

About 2 billion ALL are payments in values ​​smaller than 5 million ALL for various institutions, where payments for water supply and sewerage dominate./Tch
