Economic issues concern Albanians more than social ones.
According to the survey by the Balkan Barometer, 57% of Albanians are worried about the economy in general and this is the highest rate among all other countries in the region.
A year ago this indicator was 50%.
But the strongest concern for Albanians are prices and living costs, 71%.
The first place is occupied by Serbia with 73%.
In general, it can be observed that Albanians value economic issues more and social issues less, unlike neighboring countries.
Citizens of Albania are also concerned about the level of unemployment in the country, again holding the first place in the region, with 40%.
38% of Albanians consider corruption a problem and 32% brain drain, more than in the Balkans.
But, unlike their neighbors, Albanians do not consider the quality of education, 4%, the quality of health service, 11%, nor the lack of political stability, 15%, the three lowest rates in the region, to be a serious problem for the country.
