This Monday, the 128th protest is being held in front of the prime minister's office, where citizens are demanding the removal of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

One of the protesters in the square in front of the Prime Minister's Office denounced the government's corrupt activities, stating that Prime Minister Edi Rama "has taken the country hostage."

He also focused on the call of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, who asked the Democrats to join the civic protest on Thursday.

The protester stated that the protest is not Berisha's, but the citizens', requesting his non-involvement in it.

"Edi Rama has taken this country hostage. Let the assets be taken! This is the prime minister, the head of SHISH, he belongs to everyone. Albanians, let's come together even more! I also say to Sali Berisha: leave, because you are the mother of crime; together with Rama you are the same. You are holding the political rotation hostage! Now call a protest in front of Parliament. This is a protest of the citizens, not of Sali Berisha!", the protester said.
