Because if you don't listen, sin will fall on your head. And it's not God's fault, nor your neighbor's, but your own in the first place!

The main skill of a wise person is to listen!

Because in euphoria, when you don't listen, you run away in an unknown direction.

Even when he feels safe, he just talks and still doesn't listen!

There are two cases when you make mistakes that then take decades, if not centuries, to correct, or are never corrected.

Today we are in a day when the entire nation is asking for an account for the results of these forty years of post-communism! He is very right, it is his legitimate right! It would have been good if he had done it more often, but he has been silent, not only has he been silent, but even when he was told: Be careful, there is a risk that you will suffer! – it is not like he listened. Normal in a way because life takes you with it!

But today everyone must listen to what the people are saying, not only in the square, which is not only a beautiful event - as they say - as if we were talking about a Hollywood movie - but above all important for the historical fate of the nation!

But they're not listening. They're trying to come up with conspiracy theories or blame each other!

They hear what they want to hear!

Remember, it's a matter of pelicans! It's not the fate of the pelican, sir, it's the fate of man!

The protest is pelicanized.

We are in a national sociopolitical crisis. On the brink of chaos! On the brink of national tragedy!

But many things were said two decades ago, repeated, and neither citizens, nor NGOs, nor intellectuals, nor politicians, nor government officials, no, no, no. The latter are the main ones responsible for their guilty deafness. Even some media outlets that are nothing more than Stalinist aggro sectors have not heard them!

In my book "Peripheral Society" (Papirus Publications), I have called out with all my might that some things that seem good to us now are nothing more than poison pills, time bombs, that after a while we will see the consequences, we will suffer greatly, bricks and logs from the ceiling will fall on our heads.

If you number this:

– Are you emigrating , are you enjoying and bragging that those who have fled are sending remittances, that is, money home? Are you happy? Know that remittances destroy the local economy and the entire society.

– Are you happy that they don't force you to work like they used to? Do you want to be free from work, you're tired enough, now is the time to live life without much effort? You'll see how unemployment will hit you in the head and after a while we'll have lost all desire for work.

– Do you want to escape the countryside , small towns, mountains and hills? Let's get closer! But you will see what a hell the big city will become where we will all sink like rats. No work, no identity, polluted environment, anomie, a dog wouldn't recognize the area! You have left the riches of nature barren!

– You are taking your grandparents' property and dividing it into ten hands, you are selling it and with that money you are going to the beaches, tourism, eating and drinking, and you think you are happy? Hahahaha! Wait until you hear the crack! You are making grapes and plums of the wealth that your ancestors have built with their teeth and nails!

– Are you privatizing public assets , land, enterprises, and I told you so, and are you happy that you can use them to pay for pensions and reimburse medicines? Wait, we'll have it on our shoulders! After we sell them and turn that money into grapes and plums, the state coffers will remain empty like the cupboards of a house where the owner drinks all day!

– Are you happy that you were forgiven for your stinking communist-era apartments and do you think you're happy? Are you like you've taken drugs? You expect that after forty years they will be depreciated and then you won't have anywhere to lay your head, let alone the next generation won't have a room to put the marital bed to consummate the marriage!

– Were you happy that the Albanian superliberal economy was giving the world a reason, and that everyone was opening a university, a media outlet, a pharmacy, a chikéri shop, a stall selling rotten fruits and vegetables? Does freedom sound like democracy to you! Well then, ten shops in a neighborhood, thirty universities in a city, 200 media outlets, where the collapse of clientele makes them all go bankrupt. Now tell me you're a businessman!

– Are you happy that your father demolished the two-story house and turned the construction site into a tower? Did you like it? May it be halal! – he said. He bought three shops, two garages? Everyone bought shops, but what will they sell there? Where can I find a car to put in the garage?

Etc. etc.

You have been told, O rulers, but you never wanted to listen! Now listen to the square that loves you in space!

But, even the citizens did not want to listen, in the euphoria of quick money, in the inspiration to run without looking left or right for wealth, money, for pleasure, for an easy life without much trouble, they did not listen!

We have committed grave sins, now it is the punishment. But not God's! The punishment of ourselves!

When will we learn to listen?

Or we can't listen, but only talk!

If you don't listen, thinking you know things, the first step towards the abyss has been taken!
