The former lawyer of AShK Fier was detained today by the police as part of the "Stolen Land" operation, while he was previously wanted for abuse of office. Citizen HZ is accused of having abused his position as a lawyer at AShK Fier on several occasions.  

"Specialists from the Economic and Financial Crimes Investigation Section have detained citizen HZ, 56 years old, resident of Fier, who was wanted as part of the "Stolen Land" operation, which took place a few weeks ago. This citizen was wanted after the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Fier, with the decision dated 17.09.2026, assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Abuse of office", in several cases", the announcement states.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, for further action.
